Scope of work

Site preparation for the planned Phase II trailer yard at the Midwest Logistics Distribution Hub.

Approximately 210,000 cubic yards of cut and fill, balanced on site
Lime stabilization of subgrade across 38 acres
Storm water detention pond excavation and erosion control
Fine grading to within 0.1 feet ahead of paving

Submission requirements

State DOT prequalification for earthwork and grading
GPS machine control on all grading equipment
100% performance and payment bonds
