About the role
Our Pacific Northwest region runs four active jobsites with up to 600 craft workers on site. You will be the field presence that makes sure every one of them goes home safe.
What you will do
- Conduct daily site inspections and document findings in our safety management platform
- Audit pre-task plans, crane lift plans and confined space permits
- Lead toolbox talks and new-hire safety orientations
- Investigate near misses and drive corrective actions to closure
What you bring
- OSHA 500 or 510 trainer certification, plus OSHA 30
- 3+ years of safety experience on commercial or heavy civil projects
- CHST or ASP certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Washington State construction safety standards
