About the role
You will lead a dedicated project team delivering bridge, roadway and transit work for public agencies across the Gulf Coast region, reporting to the Vice President of Civil Operations.
What you will do
- Own cost, schedule and quality for one or two programs valued between $50M and $250M
- Serve as the primary contact for owners, design engineers and permitting agencies
- Lead monthly cost-to-complete reviews and change order negotiations
- Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers
- Champion our zero-incident safety program on every jobsite you oversee
What you bring
- 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including 5 as a project manager
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
- PE license or PMP certification preferred
- Experience delivering state DOT or federally funded transportation projects
